Listen to the Bible

If you like to listen to the Word of God, the International Bible Society provides a facility to listen to selected portions of the Bible being read.

1. Go to the Bible Verse Search Website
    This link displays the page shown below.

2. In the left hand column Select a passage,
     (John 3 has been selected in this link.
    The passage can be a book e.g. John, a chapter e.g. John 3, or a verse e.g. John3:16 )

3. In the right hand column click Listen

John 3

John 3 is a good place to start reading the Bible as it contains two key verses. In both cases it is Jesus who is speaking:

v4 "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again".

v16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life".
